Returns & Refunds
- Eligibility for Return: Products purchased from ArtizanaMarket can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. Items should be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be some processing time before a refund is posted. - ArtizanaMarket will shoulder the return fees only if you receive an incorrect order, damaged order, or faulty one. In this case, you only need to contact us at the following address contact@artizanamarket.com to get a prepaid return label so you can return your package for free. Then you will have options to send you a replacement or refund you the amount you paid for your order.
