Returns & Refunds

  1. Eligibility for Return: Products purchased from ArtizanaMarket can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. Items should be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
  2. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  3. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
  4. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@artizanamarket.com.

  1. Customized items are not eligible for refunds. Only regular items may be refunded.
  2. Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  3. Products that have been modified or altered without ArtizanaMarket’s authorization are ineligible for a return.

  4. ArtizanaMarket will shoulder the return fees only if you receive an incorrect order, damaged order, or faulty one. In this case, you only need to contact us at the following address contact@artizanamarket.com to get a prepaid return label so you can return your package for free. Then you will have options to send you a replacement or refund you the amount you paid for your order.
