Do you ship internationally in ArtizanaMarket?
Yes, in ArtizanaMarket we do! We ship internationally. Once you place your order, you will need to enter the address where you want to receive your package. You will be able to see the shipping cost on the checkout page. The shipping cost is calculated based on the country you are shipping to it.
What is the status of my order?
After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the package is processed and shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking information.
How do I cancel my order ?
You can send us an email at contact@artizanamarket.com and request to cancel your order. If your order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
The delivery time.
- The delivery time is an estimated time provided by the carrier. We cannot guarantee the exact time of the delivery.
- Delivery time by DHL Express and FedEx
- For US and Canada: Delivery takes 1 to 3 days For most of Europe: Delivery takes 1 to 3 days
- For the rest of the world: Delivery takes 1 to 5 days
- Your order will be shipped from Morocco, By FedEx or DHL services. The process usually takes 1-10 business days after you place your order.
- You will receive an email with the tracking number once the package is shipped.
