Where Do You Ship From?

We ship from Fez, Morocco.
Once you put your order you must count for a handling time and a shipping time.
Handling time can take from 2 days to 4 weeks. The majority of the products are being prepared in less than a week. The longer preparation times are for customized orders and special requests.
Shipping time is less than a week. We use express shipping so you don’t have to worry about any procedures or customs documentation.

Are Product Pictures On The Website For Real?

The majority of handicraft store from Morocco use AI generated pictures and Internet curated pictures, These pictures do not reflect the nature of the real product delivered.

Morocco doesn’t have strong laws protecting copyright.

In ArtizanaMarket we believe that real pictures are essential for a long term relationship and for setting expectations.

So we use only our own pictures photographed in our studio in Fez.

Do You Accept Returns?

Returns & Exchanges are accepted for 30 days after product delivery. Since return shipping is expensive to Morocco we have created a drop location in the United States. All you need to do is to contact us and will process your return.

After 30 days each product is covered by a specific warranty you can find in the product page.
